Get Pregnant Soon - Tips To Change Your Diet Effortlessly

I wish I had learned this tip years ago in my quest to get pregnant soon and clean up my diet. It works perfectly.

When changing your diet for pregnancy and fertility, or at any time, don't eliminate any foods you like. Not at first.

That's right, keep eating the cakes and cookies.

BUT. Start adding in 3-6 servings of fruits and vegetables throughout the day. It's a little bit of a drag at first if it's not your thing, but it's really not hard to do if you know you can still have that cake later.

Do this every day, and get 6-8 glasses of water a day. Again, you can still have soda at first as long as you're still drinking those glasses of water.

Within just a few weeks, you'll actually start craving fruits and vegetables. Or you'll start noticing that you just don't feel right when eating processed foods anymore.

After about a month, gradually decrease your processed foods or treats down to just about 1 a day. If you need to splurge, don't worry about it. Really. Just splurge and move on the next day without guilt. You'll be surprised how fast this works.

Here are a few other quick tips to get your healthy pregnancy diet kick started:

Add a little coconut oil to your diet. For me, adding in coconut oil to my dishes or even a tiny amount to hot tea leaves me satisfied. My sweet tooth rapidly diminishes when I include coconut oil to my diet.

Trick yourself. If you're going to have a bowl of chips, tell yourself you have to have two celery stalks or a healthy alternative first. You probably won't want the chips afterward, and if you do, you won't consume as many.

Have a snack before going out to dinner. Going out to dinner is a fun event, but most of the time you're usually famished by the time your meal comes. If you have some food in your stomach, you're less likely to indulge in something greasy. And don't forget to tell the waiter immediately you don't want bread, or ask your husband or friends to if you can't quite bear it.

Find fun alternatives. I recently discovered a new recipe involving frozen bananas. Freeze 2-3, and put into your food processor. Whip them for about 5 minutes until they're creamy and fluffy, you won't even need milk! Then mix up a teaspoon of agave nectar with some Hershey's cocoa powder and make an all natural syrup.

It's the most divine soft serve you've ever had, and I'm not even a big banana lover. There are so many options out there for delicious, healthy treats.

Stay hydrated. The more hydrated you are, the better overall health you'll have. It's hard to do anything while dehydrated, including conceiving. Try for 8 glasses of water a day. For an alternative to gatorade or sports drinks, try coconut water. Be aware you should chill it first, and it will have a strange consistency like pear juice at first. Once you get use to it, it's delicious!
