Get Pregnant Soon - Resources

There's a lot of information out there on how to get pregnant soon, and you never really know what's going to work for you. That's why it's helpful to have a guide with a variety of options in one place.

Books

I personally recommend the ebook Pregnancy Miracle as a one-stop resource guide for anyone looking how to get pregnant soon, and do it naturally.

However, please take a look at this review first, because it's definitely not for everyone and I only recommend it in specific circumstances.

PreSeed

If you need extra lubrication while trying to get pregnant soon, the general consensus is Preseed is the only manufactured lubricant that possibly helps with conception. Preseed's manufacturer also provides a "Love it or it's Free" guarantee.

Remember that KY Jelly and other brands are off limits when you want to get pregnant soon unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Baby Hopes has been offering free shipping on PreSeed when you order through this link.

Evening Primrose Oil

I personally used Evening Primrose Oil and found it to greatly improve the quality of my cervical mucus in less than two months. Ask your doctor first. And remember it should only be taken during your period or before you ovulate. It could cause uterine contractions, which is the last thing you want if you're newly pregnant.

Order Evening Primrose Oil and PreSeed for free shipping. I notice a pre-vaginal lubricant sometimes comes up when ordering these together, I would recommend skipping that.

Coconut Oil

Many people claim coconut oil actually improves your chances to get pregnant soon, though I can't attest to that on a professional level.

For me, coconut oil was key in regulating my digestion and dramatically cutting my food cravings. There are also suggestions and studies that indicate it could boost fertility, though I can't attest to that.

Coconut oil is also absolutely delicious to cook with. It's a soft solid at room temperature and quickly melts. I use it in stir fries, shrimp, and even substitute my butter with it.

As an alternative to moisturizers, I use some coconut oil on my face and hands and it instantly leaves me soft and never greasy. Coconut oil is also a natural antibiotic, and I personally find it works better than manufactured brands.

There are also studies and suggestions that coconut oil is great for congestion. This might be TMI for you, but the idea is you put a little directly into your nose. As an allergy sufferer, I was looking for any alternative during springtime while I was pregnant. I found it worked fairly well, though wasn't a miracle cure-all. It was certainly better than suffering through it with no aid at all.

Acupuncture

I firmly believe acupuncture and food were the key to unlocking many of my issues with fertility  and my quest to get pregnant soon. I got pregnant 2 months after starting it.

The practitioners were always gentle, kept a close watch on my cycle with my weekly chart, and were patient with my questions.

I'll admit the first few sessions didn't seem to make a huge impact. I wasn't sure what it was doing for me, but it seemed worth giving it a shot. By the 4th session, I started really feeling centered and in sync and like my body was responding.

If you're nervous around needles, ask for a consult so you can talk to someone in person. The needles are small, flimsy, and do not pierce your skin. I know that's hard to envision, but it doesn't. I can't even see were the needles were afterward, it leaves behind no mark. You can also consider acupressure, which does not involve needles.

Here's a video on acupuncture and a demonstration on how acupuncture works.
